Meet the Owners

Richard Poe, Owner Operator. Originally from Little Rock, AR, Richard Poe has been in the construction and real estate business for over 35 years. He is licensed in 4 states and has been a general contractor for over 20 years. He has a vast knowledge of the roofing and construction industry. He has seen and solved a multitude of construction related issues over the years. If Rick can not solve the problem then nobody can.

Chadwick Sorensen. A Jacksonville native, Chadwick comes from a family with over 40 years of experience in buying and selling real estate in the Jacksonville area. His family has owned and sold large multi family units, commercial property, land, and personal homes. You could say real estate and roofing is in his blood. In addition, Chadwick has owned and operated multiple business over the last 15 years in the real estate and construction industry. He has a deep understanding of the construction industry and appreciation of what it means to work hard and treat others fairly.
